The 48 hour Salesperson Pre-Examination course will cover the material preparing the candidate for the Missouri Real Estate Commission exam, required for a professional Real estate license. The course covers the topic of agency law, contracts, fair housing, real property, property valuation, and legal terminology.
24-HOUR MO REAL ESTATE PRACTICE COURSE | ONLY TO BE COMPLETED AFTER 48-HOUR COURSE
The material for the 24 hour Missouri Real Estate Practice course has been prepared in compliance with the educational directives of the Missouri Real Estate Commission. The material is comprehensive in nature for use in the practice of real estate, including agency relationships and disclosures, listing and buyer agency agreements, sales contracts, riders and disclosures as well as financing in the state of Missouri, using standard board forms.
